I'm a Journeyman in Armorer which means i can repair enchanted items

A Master in Armorer only needs 1 repair hammer

For instance, one of mine is Blade. So to improve this all I need to do is use a sword or bladed weapon on a creature/human and hit it.

Another one of mine is Heavy Armor. Simply wearing heavy armor in combat is enough.

When you practice a skill (be it blade or sneak or whatever) you'll see the little red bar next to it go up. When this gets full you'll be told you have improved in that skill. The large bar at the bottom will go up slightly (this is how far you have to go until you reach the next level)

You can just keep working on the same skill to level up. This will mean you get a bonus when it comes to levelling up and choosing what 3 stats you improve.

press B to open up the menus. Press the left shoulder button to get across to your player stats (far left), then press left and right to cycle through until you can see your skills
