Regarding battery life, are you double tapping the home button and closing apps?
Mine lasts for days if I do this
Think that's why mine lasts good

i have noticed the battery draining quite quick yesterday. seems to be if you hammer the net and the games as i guess you would expect it to. ive not charged mine up since last night and it was still on 100% when i looked at it just before.
most new phones suffer battery issues it seems. nokia 5110 used to last about a week.

But if you think back, the iPad was first mentioned at the end of January and then put on sale in April. So you could be in for a wait, but if the rumours are true regarding the hardware then it'll be worth the wait.

I love my iPad, and started off saying the galaxy tab was the wrong size (and too expensive) but I saw one reviewed and it looked spot on.
Still too expensive though, and no idea where android is going on tablets.

Gingerbread and Honeycomb are supposed to be more tablet friendly. Will be interesting to see what happens there as a smaller form factor tablet might be useful to some.

Too big for your pocket, a bit on the small size for a proper tablet. Mega.

I was against the Galaxy tab. Then I used one extensively, for me the biggest thing is flash. Half the Internet is missing off the iPad. Only reason I haven't splashed out that and these all being 1st gen.
The galaxy tab is ok at 7" certainly not as bad as. Thought it would be. However like anything I reckon you would soon get frustrated with the size! Tw iPad is a much better size. I don't agree with Samsung saying it fits in your pocket etc, so does my hat but it would be silly and uncomfortable if I did. The tab can be used with one hand which as I understand is a tad tricker on an iPad.
I want an ipad2 just hope that html5 hurries up and takes over all flash

Is Flash that good on a tab though? I've heard that it's painfully slow!
HTML5 is great, I wish Apple would support an open source CODEC as well as H.264 as there's no excuse not to include an HTML5 video player on your site now days. Games are another issue, but who wants to play browser games when you can get loads of good apps?
