Did you get a good deal on the tarrif if you dont mind me asking thinking of going to o2 so i can get one
a few of my lot have said that after reading about it there holding it different

Well I'm an existing customer and its the same as before. I did have a -£15 loyalty discount. Not sure if that still counts

They won't be Apple ones because they can't make enough to meet the current demand, let alone everyone trying to grab a freebie. As he mentioned in the press conference there will be a choice of free cases available and if you've bought a bumper then you can go grab a refund.

I know they can't make enough but they might offer what they can make, as well as alternative options. Supose we will just have to wait an see.

Just had a thought, i've got two docking stations (one alarm clock, one speaker) that i use with my touch, now my ip4 is en route, will i need a new adapter for the docks? If so, where can i get these from? I'm guessing the probs aint standard fitment, so may need to go to each manufacturer & see if they have them available for that model?
Could just use 3.5mm jack like...

If you have all the std ones you get with the docs one of them fits, I think its the one for the original iphone.

The ones for my iPhone and iPhone 3G didn't work with my iPhone 4. What I've done for now is just use it without the adapder, you can buy replacement adapters from the Apple Store. They all seem to follow the same standard dimensions however the ones Apple had were white and my HiFi is black...

Dont really want to use it without one, would hate for someone to touch it too roughly & snap the connector or something!

Just been into my o2 shop and they gave me a bumper for free.
I originally asked if i could get a refund if i bought one and they just gave it to me.

O2 and the rest will be giving them away right left and centre, whether you want one or not.
Apple are picking up the cost, so they'll want to get as many out the door as they can manage.
