The other difference between Sony's online service and Xbox Live is that there will be no system of "points" that gamers can exchange for games and rewards. Instead, every reward on the PS3 online service will be directly purchasable online for a posted fee. The player transfers their cash into an account Sony calls the "Wallet," and all purchases made online are taken out of the Wallet directly, using a web-based "shopping cart" interface. This includes not only rewards (such as new cars and tracks in the new Gran Turismo games) but also game demos and may even include digital music from services such as Sony Connect.

No you are always bleating on about the whole live thing.
That is the sony equivalent.
With gay gamer rewards and stuff like live, for people that get so bored with the amazing games they play snooker with a ruler to get the points up.

with the whole Hd-dvd and blu-ray its basically going to be another war like with VHS and beta max 20 odd years ago and its basically going to be the same when new consles come out in years to come

live is 100% better than the ps3 equivalent.
Il put it into perspective again.
You can get a conole that is equally as powerful, has better online play, has a decent games lineup, and hd dvd player for the same price as a ps3.
Can you tell me why you would necessarily choose a ps3 over an xbox??

john home is a ghey download like the sims where you can interact with a silly GUI. Live is click and talk/play
And as i said Sonys online play is/was buggy just like the PS2.

GT has never been about that though.
I don't want a game that I can swap engines and have crash damage.
And even if I did, GT is GT, I like it for what it is.
Not spent as much time playing any other console game.
