Oh yeah, if you're due and upgrade, take it obviously.
I've used a 4 for quite a bit, and didn't think it was anything amazingly special. Better than a 3, definately, but not miles better.

Had mine over a week, fitted a zagg body shield screen protector thing, and ive had no problems with it, awsome bit of kit.

If you havent already got them, bigboss and hackulo( cydia.hackulo.us) off the top of my head. Get installous(free app store) from Hackulo, this also comes with app sync allowing you to sync apps you download to your PC/Mac ie. TomTom.

H.264 with AAC baseline in a MP4 container to be exact  Why would you need it to play any other codecs? Would you rather have a disc full of codecs or a disc full of media?
