yes it is, i know what the bridge is, if you look at the dam, you will see its smashed up in the middle too what do you think that bit pile of rubbble is next to the house

there is traces of water at the bottom of the valley, but the house etc would have been pretty much missed, with not that much damage being caused, if the dam has borken all the water will have gone
