Switch it on, then try and make a phonecall and find the massive design faults that try to stop you.

Does anybody elses iphone 4 rattle near the camera? If you tap it there or when placing it down on a table?

Very slightly, guessing its the tilt sensor thingy. 3gs used to rattle like a mo fo. but it was fucked.
Finally got the 4 today after breaking the 3gs. It had been turning its self off every hour or so for a few days, sleep button didnt work, silent switch was faulty, didnt vibrate and wouldnt let me set the right time
It turned its self off for the last time last night. Its now in half a dozen pieces.
Gonna send it to envirophone. Pics later

Some people need to get a grip! It's a phone FFS!
My 1st nokia had a loose aerial
2nd had a loose battery
Ericsson Flip used to make calls randomly
Motorola Startac (correct name?)... the sim card used to fall out the bottom and had to be taped in.
Infact, I think every phone I've owned have had some sort of niggle, but were still served their purpose.
Taking a phone back because it has a slight rattle? 10 years ago you'd have shit your pants if someone gave you today's iphone 4 and showed you what it can do. I'm sure you wouldn't have noticed the "rattle"

10 years ago most phones could do what the iPhone can do tbh, with the addition of being able to hold a signal for a full call

I don't remember it though so it didn't exist. I bet you couldn't get angry birds on it either.
In fact I think you just created that wikipedia page yourself.

You could get a 30 year old car for £50 that would do exactly the same thing as a £200k Ferrari, therefore there is no point in Ferraris.

And in having a £600 phone that develops a rattle after a couple of weeks, its not really acceptable seen as though it has happened to quite a few people's phones?

4.1 is out tomorrow, great speed improvements for Iphone 3G owners, and just a few security/bug fixes for everyone else.
Looking forward to Gamecenter, should be good fun.
