Just sat and read this whole thread. Looks brilliant! Coming on really quickly aswell. Like what everyone else has said, old houses are sooo much nicer, always got alot of character

I'm busy sealing and painting the coalshed just now....it's taking friggin ages!




the washing machine will be going in there...hopefully on Friday

Plumber came and test fitted the bathroom cabinets and cut the worktop....old bathroom will be coming out and new one put in tomorrow.

Coalshed is now all painted (almost!), and the washing machine will be going in tonight



Bathroom has been fitted, just need to start tiling now and then the shower can go up






New front door mat and little trees

There is only units, a tiolet and the whole end of the room as a bath....

Once its finished it'll look less bitty if thats what your getting at

Sorry, I meant it looks a bit cluttered with the toilet right in front of the bath like that, IMO

nice...

It's not actually that close to the bath...plenty of room so that you don't bash your knees.
And its great....you have to put the toilet seat down to flush it...I'm never going to have the toilet seat left up again

I can see what you mean, but in the other two pics you don't have to walk past the toilet to get to the bath.

Moved into my own flat in Islington in London yesterday...im back in Liverpool at the minute but getting the train down for good tomorrow...

right...

managed to get home for a few hours today

tiled splash back in bathroom, filled in around shower mixer and head... ready to tile in a few days.

Did some finishing on the hall dado, ready for its final coat

fixed the toilet flush that the plumber plumed in the wrong way.

i've got that heated towel rail things that you guys have got, be careful when you get out of bath, i sometimes lean on mine and it gets hot as fook!

Have sanded the floors in the back two rooms now. One has been sealed, just the other one to do now

and kitchen



started the tiling in the bathroom too






and a pretty new light for in the lounge
