Think I'm going to sell my iPad 1 and HP Touchpad and buy one of these when they're launched.

So has reference to the A5X, just means they're working on both.
iPad 3 = A6
iPhone 5 = A5X

Has anyone ever considered getting the Seagate wifi drives to go with theres?
My sister is being deployed to Iran at the end of the year and she wants to take an iPad loaded with films and music but you won't get much on 16/32/64 so I have recomended she looks goes for a Seagate Goflex Satellite
http://www.seagate.com/www/en-gb/products/external/external-hard-drive/goflex-satellite
That is neat.
So does it need to be connected to WiFi to work or is it creating its own little WiFi network?

It creates its own, its like a hotspot, then multiple people can stream to / from it and with 5 hours battery life built in makes it good also,

I would put my guess as the other way round..
iPad 3 = A5X
iPhone 5 = A6
iPad 4 - A6??
Going on the fact that iPad shaped parts have been found the with A5X and the iPhone5 will be well into development now explaining why its in the code.

I like that. Might as well buy the 16GB iPad and then that WiFi drive for extra memory. Be interested to see for myself how well they work together. £150 is a lot of money to find out the interface between the 2 devices isn't that good.

Historically the iPad has always been ahead of the iPhone spec wise.
I don't think they'll be ready to put the A6 in the iPhone this year but I'll be happy to be prooven wrong.
Either way I doubt we'll see much difference. just as you can't really see the difference between the A4 and the A5.

Virtually all the parts have now been leaked.
Retina screen
1080p camera
Siri support
..
" the iPad 2 rear shell measures in at 8.69 mm thick while the iPad 3 part comes in at 9.50 mm, a difference of 0.81 mm"

The Kingston one looks to have the better app of the 2. Can actually swipe through photos and view songs by album. You can't do that on the Seagate... shame the biggest size you can get it in is 32GB.

Just saw on one site people arguing/getting giddy/spunking over the invitation photo because they can't see the home button and it can't be that the iPad is being held in landscape. So they reckon the new iPad must not have a home button. All because of one little photo

It'll have a home button solely because apple would never leak something like that in an invitation photo.
