Its not bullshit its my opinion, the large black areas top and bottom of the screen dont help, the S3 just feels and looks sleeker, i guess the words im looking for are less like a brick

Even people who own S3's agree they feel cheap/nasty, apart from Steve obviously.

Despite the larger screen on the S3 I find the iPhone a more effective device for content consumption.
Was so awkward trying to do anything on the S3 I subconciously found myself not bothering half the time.

People still compare the cost of iPhones to phones in the Nokia 3310 days.
They are slightly more expensive in general but not as much as people make out (not including the Nexus 4 ).

Wonder if he chipped in for the 'rose tint' optional extra that's included as standard for Apple users?

I like the feel of the S3, i find the iPhone is scary to hold, so worried about dropping it all the time, too dense for my liking and just not comfy in the hand

I do miss the notification light from the S3, why Apple haven't done that yet I don't know.

That's uses the flash, rather than a dedicated notification light (usually RGB) as you get on some Androids and Blackberry's etc.

The 4S feels much better quality than an s3, there's no argument there. When you get the screen turned on there's no comparison though, looks stone age. Nexus 4 brings the build quality up to scratch. Interested to see what the s4 is like.

Went to a comedy night last night and a lad there had the S3, had a proper play on it. It's decent enough, fooking massive though, but doesn't feel it in your hand weirdly, feels very cheap but flat so can imagine you don't notice it in your pocket. As John said though, will be interesting to see what the S4 is like, if Samsung are going to continue to climb the ladder and retain the #1 phone spot, then I might have to switch as i've had nothing but problems with the new iphone.

Abit off topic, but I'm looking at changing my 4 to a 5, on a new contract, noticed that mobiles.co.uk are the best out there for deals...anyone had any experience with them?
The deal I'm looking at 32gb Black, £99 up front and £36 per month for unlimited texts / minutes and 1gb data.
What problems you had with yours Whittie?

Camera went purple/pink. Had to be replaced, Screen then kept flickering purple/pink/green, had to be replaced, and the one time I drop it it cracked the glass at the back (top) and a bit fell out of it. Seem to be very fragile.
Also the outer edge scuffs very easily.
Couldn't comment on contract price as mine is pay as you go, but that doesn't seem that cheap in my eyes? Have you had a look at Tesco's deals? They were decent when I looked.
