Look at a amp it says Pre-amp Outputs does this mean i can run another amp of it? if so can it be 2ch/4ch?

Cheer was lookign at http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=986 Brigeing to me subs then running another off me RCAs and then one of this.?
