You work for Nildram? Which department? And have you got your notorious phone-system sorted yet?
I'm thinking of migrating over to Zen soon, mainly because two of the tech-support team-leaders are on my ICQ contact list, because it's cheaper than Nildram for 1Mbps (Nildram's price just went up the £3.50 for static IP), and because Zen don't impose a 150Gb/month download-restriction.

But, I'd definitely suggest Nildram or Zen for broadband, since what you lose in paying the few extra £ per month, you more than make up in quality of service...
Have a look on http://www.adslguide.org.uk/ for details, compare a few ISPs, and have a look on the Message Boards for complaints and praise for each ISP out there...

http://www.force9.net
Force9 (formally known as Plusnet)
Use them at work and just got DSL from them at home.
£24 a month, free line activation and free DSL modem.
Theres a DSL Comparision guide here:
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/isps/compare.asp
make sure u add plusnet to it (Force9), you'll find there usually top, or within the top 3 for speed, price and customer service

Yup, comparing Zen, Nildram & PlusNET shows them all pretty equal...
But, if you know a little about computers, I'd suggest going with a wires-only connection, where you provide your own kit.

Haven't had to call tech-support in a while, so I've not had chance to find out the improvement......but it seriously needed doing!
The days of sitting on the phone for an hour and a half listening to hold-music, before realising I wasn't even in a call-queue (wasn't getting the intermittent update messages to say where I was in the queue, but it was the first time I'd called)!
But, when I've managed to get through, have had no complaints..
