hi, i have a corsa b that doesn't have a cigarette lighter installed. I went to an auto shop and purchaced one to be installed, the question i have is do i connect the cig lighters red wire to the battery terminal with an inline fuse for protection (what rating fuse also?) and another wire to the car body or to the negative bat terminal?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers all.

I had the same problem, what i did was get hold of a cig lighter from a corsa (from scrappys or whatever) then if you unscrew the ash/coin holder you will see two wires, brown and black taped up, (all corsas have these wires) simply plug these wires into the corsa lighter and hey presto, much easier than buying one from motor shop, as they dont always come with the right connections, hope this helps!
Cheers, Jamie
