not got the link here, but a company called ABL-Stevens.
Material(t-shirt) is easier, but fibreglass mat is stronger.
thats if ur using it for ICE, why do you need it, and i can then advise you a little better.

and that resin in a tin with some hardener and paint it on?
gonna
put mesh round outside atach it with staple gun
then put fibreglass mat on attach it?? how
then paint on the resin+hardener

what do yo mean by moulded sides mate? like, have it so the box sits flush into the side on the boot?

if you mean you're making a cylindrical sub box the best way to do that is loadsa mdf rings ontop of each other.

mesh round sides
then somhow attach firbreglass mat to it and resin

buy some of that body repair mesh, its very thin easily bendable aluminium mesh for repairing body work, on my door builds i wrapped it round the mdf ring then fibreglassed over the top, very strong and you dont completely cain up the amount of fibreglass u use, mesh is really cheap, bout 50p a pack.
