how visually can yo tell the difference between the two?

larger ports 
not sure if the spacing between the bolts from the head to manifold are different

i know they interchange must be the ports

mind if ya wana spend a bit of money on the high-torq you could try puttin the head and exhaust manifold from an SRi on the 8v NZ Engine, then just keep the existing inlet manifold?
unsure if its possible, but could be worth a try!

my bro is getting a exhaust for it
so i thought get a sri manifold on there wrap it aswell i cant go nuts cos my bro is getting it
the inlet ports and the hitorq are sqaure and sri ones are round
so it might be possible
