Hi can anyone help me out i trying unscrewing the gauges part the one behind the steering but coudnt find the bulbs ! and i havent got a haynes manual ...need help Thanks !

on the back of the whole block they look like little black squares twist and pull

If you get the dials out, the bulbs are in the black and green plastic holders. As mentioned above, just twist and it comes out.
Might I suggest white leds to replace the panel lamps? I've been playing with these recently and they look far better than blue imo. White panel lamps and a contrasting colour for the dials looks really good.
