Came too connecting up the fuel lines to the 20xe tonight and one is slightly too long, when trying to bend the link to fit it the crappy blue pastic stuff that the fuel lines made out of 'kinks' too easily.

Ended up unclipping the fuel line down the bulkhead and under the car to connect it up without kinking it. only problem now is that theres an extra foot of crappy fuel line loose under the car that i have to do something with.

Anyone had any similar experiences?

i just cut the fuel line up by the engine and re-join it to remove any excess fue line

use the rubber part. cut the plactic part and slide the rubber part over it then use a jubilee clip to reseal it

surely the plastic isnt strong enough to hold with that kind of fuel pressure?

7 conversion in one year and not one problem. i push arount 8 inches of the plastic into the rubber and use 2 clips
