Their should be a little shark fin on the very outside of the lights where the lense meets the black plastic casing, the lights need to be jiggled around with to properly locate the fin on the bracket inside of the actual wing, you will feel it from inside the bay.
Are you saying that you canot pull the black plastic connector away from the actual main bulb? Its just a frictional fit and may have stuck a little with rust? Other than that you pull away the round rubber gaitor seal and then their should be a clip which needs undoing to release the H4 bulb from the light itself, its pretty easy...

Yer not the H4 bulb with the clip, but the big black block thing?? It twists round and should pop out, as the other one did, but the right hand side one dont.
As with fitting ive made sure the fin bit is in it's gap but still dont fit right

Ahh the electric adjusters... You have to pull and they come out with a pop. Just ensure its unscrewed first by a quater twist and just pull it as hard as you can squarely though. It WILL pop out, dont be affraid, and watch your hand when it does as you'll end up mashing it into the slam pannel like me

Yeah, im assuming thats what you are talking about. Not all Corsa's have them, mine does though. You should have a switch near the light switch inside the car. If you roll the switch down/up you should hear the BIG BLACK BLOCKS making a wirring noise. They are little motors with a stick on that moves in/out to adjust the light if you carry lots of weight in the back, pretty useless though if you are lowered more than 40mm on hard springs
