i don't think my tempertaure sensor is working. the temperature dial always shows cold??? even when the car is hot and it's giving off hot air.

does anyone know where it is? and how much it would be to replace?

mine was the thermostat, cost £64 just for the part

the weird thing is the cars running like normal, no engine light no over heating etc just the temp dial giving no reading

ttt.got same prob. fan cuts on just no reading. but sometimes it shoots up and down

sounds like you have air locks in the coolant system, i recommend flushing and refilling, and take out the temp sensors on both the rad and cylinder head and give them a good clean. also check the thermo by boiling it in a pan of water and seeing if it opens.
