there are some that work facing towards you...
think u'll have to wait for a while, anything upto 6 months to see if ur in the clear or not!

Theres those new really tall ones...there digital don't think they need to flash and looks like they watch both sides of the road :s

there are a few types of cams in this place
truvelo, new one that can catch u while ur going towards it and takes a pic of the driver too
gatso, take pics from behind only
specs, 2 cameras on a stretch of road and measuring ur speed using speed=distance/time
so depends which 1 really

your fine, some of the yellow ( early gatsos that flash yers) are set up incorrectly and flash you if your going towards you even though the lines are the opposite side of the road.
the ones that get you comingt towards you don't flash since that would be a bit dangerous blinding the driver etc.

i got flashed by a gasto from the front, goin to skeggnes about 3 in the mornin, went round a corner then suddenly a big flash, 3 weeks l8r got a fine, its was scary man, cuddent see!

not all speed cameras have cams in them but will still flash u if u break the speed limit
