Any help at all needed here. The amber Mech light has started to come on.
98 Corsa. Egine still runs fine but i must say that its a bit sluggish on certin gear changes and starting in 1st.
It comes and goes, eg was on for about 15 mins then off for a week now all day yesterday and today.
Any ideas would be a great help people.:thumbs:

oh yeah forgot to say its a 1.2 8v. tink it mite be summat to do with the ICV or the cat but not sure. any1 have any ideas??

Have exactly same problem with mine !!!!
Ive changed all the cat, and everything !!!
Sum peeps now saying could be my lamba sensor !

Was chatting to a mate ofmine who had the same problems.
Took it to the Vauxhall dealer. They couldn't find the problem at all.
It ended up that Vauhall HQ told him that Soz nothing we can do.

Done that, and it brings up the lamba sensor fault !

mine was the same just got it fixed the day back box had collapsed inside so i put a 6" jap can on took cat off and rear silencer solved the problem

I had the same problem. well........ still do. It just goes away after a while. I've had my exhaust on and off and in differant bits and pik n mixed so many times i'm not surprised its coming on. lol.
