Just brought a pair 2nd hand, just wondered if any one can tell me how to adjust the rear dampers,
i know that you have to twist them, but how can you tell the damper rate by looking at them or twisting them?

are these the top adjustable ones? dont you get a key that tells you which way is hard and which way is soft

cheers chris, is ther any way of telling if they are hard or soft while they are off or just have to test them out?

iv got a c with adjustables and bot my front and rear are top adjustable
