use a woodsaw to cut slits all around the edges and centre.
tighten screws up and bond two pieces together
halfords p40 - rub into all the grooves and put on otherside so it grips throught the slots. finish nearly to plastic level
roughen the surface of dried p40. not just with paper use saw cut sum random slashes in it
halfords p38 smoooth over top pushing into cracks / grooves
dry
sand down to a flat finish
the centre wiper bit u'll have to be creative look at mine for a swoosh effect, turned out well
prime
spray
any questions or if ne1 wants one u2u me

its obvious, around the edges!
Otherwise ur smoothing p40 onto a smooth flat plastic surface and asking it to grip, if u have indentations it will fill them and bond much stronger!
Av made 12 personally, non have cracked
