i got the black interior with coloured spots on them, and unfortunately whenever anyone gets into the driver or passenger seat. it squeaks. how can i stop this? it annoys me when i drive when it squeaks every time i move.

have u had a recall check on ur car? Could need something replacing on seat rail or something like I had done on mine!

well, they aint my standard seats. i upgraded em. think they're the GSI sport ones. so i dont think it'll work. but i did a recall on my car and i need to get the fatigue seat(or seatbelt) buckle component needs to be done.

yeah had my seatbelt components done too! As you've upgraded ur seats then it won't be applicable mate, maybe the seats just a bit knackered

Think the bolts will need tightening. If it were me i'd have the seats out (2 torx bolts per seat) then loosen all the seat-to-subframe bolts, spray them with some waxoil or thick grease (whichever you have) do them all up real tight and fit back in. Mine used to do it and this cured it until the subframe snapped!! Im now running buckets.

tighten the 4 bolts. easy. one of my buckets keeps doing this, keep having to tighten the bugger up. gonna use thread lcok next tiem.

My actually seat squeaks tho. I.e the springs under your bum
My passenger one wobble like crazy was going to buy sidewinders but i dont have £600 lying around.

but its not the bottom of the seat makin the noise. its the part of the seat that u rest your back on, the upper part of it.

had car in garage yesterday, they said it was an internal fault with the seat, i would be cheaper getting some after market seats.
