5" plastic vent piping for boilers.

Your talking hardware shops for that then? I always thought plastic would heat and turn air warm anyway? With it been for boilers is it heat resistant?

Its not going to effect air temperature and it won't melt unless it touches the exhaust. You can get aluminium ones too.

guru why dont u position the feed so it pointing down the middle of the filter to the grill

Its a bit of a twat to get the intake pipe into the middle of the filter and have it sitting right coz of the back of the headlight.. it could be done, just that it doesnt sit right and bugs me

If you look closely you will see that I used black cable ties to attach it to the 'grilled' part of the bumper..


And blue cable ties holding the ducting together..
