i'm tryin to fit my central locking but cant remove that gromit tube to pass wires from door to car. got bout 5 wires to put down it and it dont look like its gonna fit, how do i do it?

I couldnt get mine out either when i de-handled my door so i drilled a hole and put a rubber gromit in and used black tape around the wires to make it look neat and the result was
