I fitted a kenwood HU today in my corsa.every time i switched off the unit it lost its memory so i normally switched the yellow and red wires.I ended up frying the fuse (the one on the fusebox not on the HU).It was a 20A fuse. What the hell is going on?!

I always disconnect the negative battery terminal if changing wires around. that way i ensure i wont short wires and fry fuses.
Your just gonna have to go get another 20A fuse mate. (and do what i said above to stop it happeneing again)
