hey got 17's put on about a month ago! ive just been out for my lunch now and i noticed that the steering wheel kind of shakes / vibrates it almost feels as if a wheels lose!! could it be that the wheels are not balanced properly? its not major i just noticed it today it could have bin like that since i got the wheels and i might just have not noticed it!

When i got mine put on the wheel shaked when i reached 70 - 80 mph i need spriggot rings inside the alloy and then they needed balancing

is it possible for it to get progressivley worse? will it b ok if i leave it for a month d you think?

if the they need balancing then eventually u'll get uneven tyre wear & the handling wont be too sharp, doubt it'll get really bad, doesn't cost a lot to sort ya know matey  kwik fit will check it for free!

sounds like you need spiggot rings mate or that they've missed them off on one side or something like that, when i had 2 new front tyres on mine the tyre place 4got to put one of the spiggot rings back on and i had the exact same simptons you mention above

Yeah balancing is only 3.50 a wheel and spriggot ring are about a fiver a wheel. Pretty cheap, this will probably be the problem
