Checked the oil earlier, on the header there was a 'slight' bit of creamy-substance, and also on the high part of the dip stick... Not a great deal, you really had to look to see it.
Car is starting fine, it judders 'slightly' when its very cold & been stood for a few days, but only for a few seconds.
I've also only been doing short journeys since sunday night, just back & too work, which is about 3/4 a mile each way. I'm a lazy cnut
Reckon it could just be a bit of condensation buildup in the cam housing/block which should blow out on a good run? The coolant is horrible brown-color, but has been since I bought the car a few weeks ago & finding time to do a change of coolant is neigh but impossible!
I've not really noticed any drop in oil, but 'slight' drop in coolant, but the top of the header tank does hiss a lil when the engine has been running, think it needs replacing!

It could be condensation if it's only very slight. Keep an eye on it.

The short cycles will cause the condensation build up, that's hardly tim to even warm up and get the old circulating.
Take if for a good long run and it will clear it out.

If you're THAT concerned with flushing the coolant, get a garage monkey to do it - only an hour labour if that. You might even get a nice disposeable seat cover with it too.
