Is it normal for the g-max 60mm springs can move about when the car is jacked up?

You cant really move them up or down but you can turn them around.

yeah if u have just put springs on and not changed the shock absorber cause the suspension was designed for the standard spring which is larger than -60mm spring

u said the spring doesn't move up and down but spins round? shouldn't the end of the spring tuck into the shocker so it doens't spin round?

there should be a lip thing that the end of the spring butts up against, that stops it spinning

the spring wont be bedded properly so will spin, but the shocks should be short enough as to stop this happening so i think you got mis matched shocks/springs

If it was the wrong shocks the spring would be able to move up and down aswell then but it doesnt.
