Right,
Managed to fit everything amps workin radios workin etc etc etc
Put a dvd in, only plays audio  Im guessing this has something to do with the parking cable meter thing. Only problem is. i was parked. I didnt wire it up for 2 reasons:
1. Therer was no more connections
2. No extra cable with it
3. I wanted to watch it all the time not just when parked. Im obviously not going to watch it whilst driving but passengers want to!
Soooooooooo how do i bypass it or am i missing something obvious do you think? instructions are very brief and not helpfull.

I think u have to connect the handbreak wire to ground, richie will soon clear this up

Coming from your control unit there will be a bright green wire. Its in the same loom as all your power wires for the hide away unit. Connect it to a ground

When you say ground, does that mean the same as an earth  (shut up ally  )
If it is then thats a peice of piss as ill use that place u reccomended richie as its ace

What kinda wire can i use? I have none kicking around and clarion didnt deem me worthy to put any spare in the box, so what should i get? Only need like 30cm if that

you can use any wire mate, its only a 500mA trigger, so speaker wire, remote lead wire, anything will do.
