Ok its not a corsa but a 106 gti.

When I put my foot down a bit and when changing from 2nd an going into 3rd gear it kinda crunches slightly but when im not going as fast it goes in ok. Any suggestions would be great??? Could it be gearbox on the way out?

Don't know about a 106 but replacing the mounts on a Corsa isn't major work. Just got to make sure the engine is supported, remove the mount and replace with a new one. I assume its similar on yours.
