i am tryin to put my own OEL screensaver on to the unit but i am really finding it difficult.
can some1 give me some help getting it too work

ash when you turn it off does it keep goin on the the feature mode

nah mate, mine goes off noramly, but i cant find the setup menu suposed to be when you turn it off and hold down button 5 i think?

1. download pioneer oel screen saver studio
@ http://www.pioneer.co.jp/car/pclink3a/application-e.html

2. install it
3. make a screensaver (its quite an easy program to use)
4. use oel screensaver to make an ".lka " file
5. write it to a cd
6. turn your headunit on as normal then turn it off
7. press and hold EQ and Display until it beeps and goes in to download mode
8. insert the cd and wait for a few mins while it goes through loading
9.after finnished is displayed press eject
10. turn it back on and admire your new screensaver
