Why do people never search or look in FAQ?

I have read that tutorial, however my question is asking for pics so I can see how it goes!
Tutorial implies it just goes in, however I think there is more to it, or something else needs removing. Its a big motor.

The teeth on the motor need to be touching the teeth on the winder? Or how else will this work? believe me I cant see how the motor goes in unless the black part comes out?
One pic how hard can it be lol
Electrical side is all done, all I need is to fit it with the surround over the top - grrr Could just be me having an off day, but it wouldnt go earlier
