can I tune a 1.6 tigra the same as I would be able to a corsa GSI? I'm thinking along the lines of throttle bodies to start with, but then looking into mantzel powerbox etc.

are they not just the same?

Am i correct in thinking the mantzel powerbox is an inlet manifold? which would be pretty pointless if you already had Throttle bodies??

Throttle bodies and Inlet mainfolds like mantzel etc completely different...

Throttle bodies better for power sound etc...
Replacement Inlets OK on extra power but kinder on budget!

yeah, well the TB's are a definate addition for me I think, seems to be one of the best and easiest routes to 160BHP

yes you can. It's just and X16XE engine instead of the C16XE found in Corsa GSI's

Sport 1.6 was released in 1997 with X16XE engine. GSi was axed in 1995, but M/N reg ones got X16XE.
