got a little tap on the engine... not there all the time, doesn't sound like cam/lifter noise, could it be the waterpump... i changed the belt a while since but not the pump

Or maybe the alternator ?

need to know whether to junk the lot or fix it

its makes a fairly loud noise when it fecked younotice it more when you let off the trottle when the revs are comign back down...

well this is what the misus's tigra was like anyways... god the baring was non exsistant when i finally decided to check it

bit silly doing rings and barings and not doing a water pump
