i had some 60 mm springs on my old corsa that came with the car it was on 17's and real bouncy. they were red thats all i know about them does anyone know which make are the most bouncy.

i want it to be the same ride as my old one but i dont know the make of the springs my friends cars are all different with different springs

because i like it like that, it was bouncy but still stiff as hell

the bounce is usually due to lack of shocks. which isn't very healthy.

i dont know how to explain it mine had standard shocks on 205/40 tires but it bounced alot but was still very stiff it was a real good handling car.

i wudnt advise lowring a car without uprated shocks and i doubt very much that it handled well

if it was bouncy its was probably cos you were sitting on the bumpstops...

it wasnt on the bumpstops, and it did handle great. ok then which are the most stiffest springs you can get.

Bounce is the damper!! Basically you re-bounding too much which gives you the bouncy effect. You'll probably find that your bumpstops are too hard OR the dampers are begining to wear out. Springs usually effect the compression rate.

At 60mm with 'regular' dampers and spring you WILL be running into the bumpstops, this tends to give BAD handling and wears dampers VERY quickly due to their being very little compression travel.

Its GREAT for giving a slam with minimal scrub but has the bad side effects too, its hard but you have to compromise unless you want to keep replacing parts.

From experience Id go with coilovers.

I have PI springs and its shoot!! my car jumps everywhere, and is sooooo bouncy!!

I had PI springs and went 60mm drop on standard dampers - not advisable

Although the drop was a true 60mm
