Does anyone know were the cap is to undo on a corsa sport 1996 cause i need to flush it all out and i cant find the cap!

you'll need to take the rad bottom hose off. you should get most of it out that way then flush it trough with a hose.

Doesn't it stay in the radiator if you take the bottom hose off??

the bottom hose is actually about half way up the rad, so yeah you'll be left with a bit down at the bottom, but if you flush it through with a hose then it should get most of it out.
if you empty it once, then fill it with water, run the engine till the stat has been open for a bit then flush it again then what little was left should be diluted with the clean that you just put in and it'll be virtually fresh.
