Ive tried to do it using a tutorial off the internet but im haveing trouble understanding it... its telling me to use a photo filter and the erase tool etc or something but it doesnt do anything

select window.

and go to hue/saturation

Select the windows.

New Layer

Fill Layer Black

Change Layer Opacity to ~65%
