getting confused about the rules for tinting car windows.
thinking of tinting the windows on my car with a light smoke all round. it says in the book that the film blocks out 65% of light (in the new motorworld book) just wanted to know if this was legal or not

no tints are allowed on front widscreen or front side windows, any thing ya like can go on the rest

so, i can only tint the rear windows, like a sort of van

Yup that it correct, but most people ignor this and tint the front sides but ya might get told to remove them

ive got all windows tinted quiet dark (apart from windscreen obviously) been pulled a few times, just been told to take them off otherwise we'll do ya 4 them....

just ignored them but always put ma windows striaght down when ever i see tha feds

/\ thats who done my Corsa GSI, very very good service, they give ya a car for the day if needed, i took it to colchester to pick up some supsension, lol
