help!! where abouts is the vehicle speed sensor on a W-reg sxi?? speedo stopped the other day and next day th ECU light came on the dash? is it related?

its the speedo transducer thats in the gearbox. this supplies the speedo and ecu with a speed signal.

Yeah ECU needs speed pulse as well, either transducer or wiring has failed, more likely the former if they both went at the same time.
