Just been halfords 2 get sum new brake discs n i picked up sum red-dot discs n it says on side will fit 1.6 gsi. i asked at counter would they fit my 1.4 sri and they said no.
can any1 tell me wot the difference is between 1.6 gsi brakes and 1.4 sri one's

gsi are 256mm but the sri are smaller. callipers/discs are diff

take back discs, get a refund and buy some decent callipers to start with.
i.e 2 litre spec.
