Hi people got a 1.2 97 corsa cooking when in heavy traffic but ok on open road. basically flushed engine and rad ,wid new coolant in etc are we talkin head gasket? also light sludge appearing on oil filler cap:

is it white sludge, ? if so then it could be the head gasket. also try the thermostat mate, im having the same problem at the mo and ive been told its my thermo

suppose a better fit cam belt while am there as your already there to get behind timin cover rear.
