just been cleaing up desktop getting rid of programms dont need and accidentally deleted int explorer icon cant access it through start how do i get it back ?

recycle bin
or just make a new shortcut (go to program files>internet explorer... right click iexplore and go send to desktop (create shortcut)

thats the things its not in programm files either it seems i may have unistalled part of it somehow?

It won't have uninstalled it as Explorer is a part of Windows. You could download and install an update of it which will re-install all the icons, or you can copy a link from your start menu.

Internet Explorer and Explorer are 2 different things.
Internet Explorer is not a part of windows.
