Paul the w810 doesnt have a flash its a guide light, the flash is availible it costs £20 and is a proper xenon unit (i.e what u get on real camera's)
W810 has all the things u need a phone to do, its small, compact easy to use reliable and looks nice.
Consider all else at your peril

worked there for bout 5 months over summer when i was looking for IT job.... learned alot about the industry, cant out sourcing the call centers to India though

That is the BIGGEST pain in the arse. If you have a very complicated query about a customers phone/account etc the LAST thing u want is to speak to some bumbling indian guy who cant speak englsih

when i left it had JUST started... billing and upgrades went to India... now the whole lot is going... some good friends of mine are out of the job in September they believe ..... france telecoms corruption!

Hes a funny funny funny man.
But yes indian outscourcing is fucking gash. There were some talented helpfull individuals outthere and now its just a language barrier Its a joke and makes us look like fools.

HAHA actually i remember something about that.... orange is on the downfall... ive got my contract with them (not staff wasnt there long enough) i dont think ill be renewing... do we have any networks with 100% British Customer Services???

I think Orange is sweet, but i used to be with carphonewarehouse 02 and couldnt stand the whole customer services in India thing, orange network is patchy sometimes, 02 miles better
