yep take a few mins, more the time cleanign it after, and no gasket use RTV.

You can get to it without removing the fannymold. It's 2x 6mm allen key bolts. You can get spherical allen keys or universally jointed socket attatchments id it proves to be tricky. I managed to get Jambos undone when fitting a new bit to his turbo on his Corsa without taking the manifold off so on an XE it should be straight forward...
