Rang up last night to sort out my upgrade, wanted a 6280 and they said it would cost me £99.99, so i went on the webiste and if you get online 50 package you get the phone for free, so i rnag back o2 and said can i chnage my package to online 50 (downgrade) and they said yes, but they were still gona charge me for the phone!  
Whats that all about? so i explained i will just cancel my contract then and start a new one when he said 'oh well we can give u it for 49.99' i said hold on why would i want to do that when i can cancel my contrcat start a new one and get the phone for FREE ARGH they are such a pain in the arse
