Recently changed the comp into a different room, but the speakers have stopped working. When I try acces sound control in accesories it says,
There are no active mixer devices available. To install mixer divices, go to control panel, click printers and Other hardware, and then click add hardware.
Ive done that but nothing happening? It's all plugged in etc, but no sound. And the speakers do say they;re on!
Help please!

goto hardware manager and check to see if your sound card has itsdrivers installed.

Is the sound card onboard or an addon card (PCI) if so you may have knocked it moving the PC about, just take the side panel off & make sure its plugged in then power it up again
