i found it hard to believe that you could be charged for delivery reports, but ive just looked at my friends bill and he has been chared 0.009p per report.
and with no warning.
anyone else know this?

they would have mentioned it in the small print on a bill before...
like with the itemised bill thing, which they automatically charge you 9 quid for unless you tell them not to

Itemised billing is £1.50 which you were notified of on your bill on the front page in orange writing not in small print..
Delivery reports are chargeable now i thought it was 1p tho?

It was front page in orange writing and other than the bill total and your address it was the the only thing on there
I have no sympathy for people who cant be arsed to check their bills!
Plus who cars if its £1.50, its a huge waste of paper and thats bad for the environment. Everyone wants it as its free but hardly anyone ever checks it TBH.
You can sign onto orange.co.uk and view your bills online for free and print them out (itemised)

Say i dont want Itemised billing, they will take it off. Takes 2 secs
