I'm selling my laptop at the end of the month so I'm gonna uninstall everything and do a quick rebuild on it.
How can I ensure I completely wipe everything off?!
Any help would be good
Cheers

There is software (some free stuff i think) that will blast your harddrive with random 0s and 1s whilst formating, and does multiple passes - doing xx (forgotten the exact figure) makes recovering data impossible even for labs.
google it though

You've gotta ask yourself tho.
"who the fuck is gonna be assed unformatting your machine for a couple of hours to see what useless shite you had on their?"
Just format c:
Re-install Windows
Install Office or some bollocks

lol, sorry. I just assume that everyone isn't a criminal.
I suppose if you're keeping you swiss bank account details containing the money you've laundered from your drugs empire then you need to be worried

unless you have something to hide, a simple format is more than sufficient. easier and better peace-of-mind to just stick a brand new HDD in

you can use this:
http://www.killdisk.com/
download the software, burn to a cd and run at boot
1-pass will be sufficient for a complete wipe
if you have time, do 1,2,3 passes
